Information we collect

When you use the contact or pilot-interest forms, we may collect your name, work email address, company name and team size, and any information you include in your message. The website and Hostinger may also record technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and server logs.

Please do not submit confidential tender material, client details, sensitive personal information or personal information about other people.

Why we use your information

We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis:

• To respond to enquiries and take steps you request — our legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps before entering into a contract.

• To assess pilot interest and send requested information about testing or availability — your consent.

• To operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and forms — our legitimate interests.

• To keep necessary records or comply with legal requirements — our legitimate interests or legal obligations.

We do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@atodone.co.uk

Who receives your information

We use service providers to operate the website, forms, email and security, including Hostinger. These providers process information for A to Done under contractual arrangements. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other organisations for their marketing.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry and pilot-interest records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the latest meaningful contact or relevant availability decision. They are then deleted unless you remain actively engaged, renew your permission, or a legal or contractual reason requires longer retention.

Technical and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary under the relevant service provider’s operating and security arrangements.

If you withdraw consent, we will stop the relevant communications. We may retain the minimum information needed to record your withdrawal and prevent accidental re-contact.
